Run by a leading Cooperative in Sardinian organic farming since 1982, this is the ideal retreate for those who want an ecological and environmentally focused break,The farm building dates back to the end of Nineteenth Century, built on Rio Pixinamanna banks, renovated following the bio-building principles, and offers accommodation up to twenty five people to practise ecologic and naturalistic activities in a beautiful,unspoilt countryside

Restaurant opens every day for lunch and dinner offering traditional food. Occasionally seasonal specialities are added to the menu, depending on the daily preparation of the products.

Farm production of milk, cheese, vegetables, bread and cakes, doc wines, honey, mushrooms, marmalades and soft fruits. All products adhere to garanzia AIAB seal that certifiy not only the Italian origin of the products but also that the production is carried out by 100% organic processes and where they use only organic feed and food for farming, without applying exceptions to the EC 2092/91 regulation on organic farming.

Located in the municipality of Pula (CA) inside the 5 forests of the Regional Park of Sulcis, covering 70,000 hectares and dominated by holm oaks, centuries-old cork forests and schistic rocks and granites of enchanting beauty. It about 15km distance from the sea (S. Margherita di Pula).

Directions : on the SS 195 to Pula at the 30th km(signposted) turn right taking the direction Is Molas at km 30,500. Drive for about 4km to the "POLARIS" research centreat the n. 3 block turn left and drive for 5km to reach the Agriturismo A shuttle service is available for those who do not want to drive the last 5km.
