The building; elegant, and historic was recently renovated and its warm, wood colours and careful attention to detail create a welcoming environment. The B & B is in the heart of the historical centre of Cagliari, between the ancient neighbourhoods of Castello and Marina, where the most important monuments can be found. Castello is the most striking part of the city, surrounded by Medieval defence walls, imposing towers (San Pancrazio and Elefante) and rich in panoramic squares, such as Bastione di Saint Remy, museum complexes (Museum Citadel, The Jewish Ghetto, The Roman Amphitheatre) and ancient churches, including the Cathedral. The neighbourhood of Marina, instead, abounds in restaurants, pizzerias and bars, and stretches down from via Manno, the heart of the shopping area, to via Roma, which runs along the harbour front with its picturesque archways and historical buildings
