On the ground floor of the villa there is an airy living room with large French windows. The decor is elegant; large white sofas and a precious antique chestnut table sitting up to 10 people. The living room leads out onto a large patio – a lovely spot to enjoy the panorama and sea in the distance.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer with an ice-crusher.
Swimming Pool & Garden
A landscaped garden with lemon, orange and palm trees surrounds the villa. There is a large private pool with Roman steps which is surrounded by mature hedges and trees. A beautiful veranda with barbecue provides the perfect location for dining al fresco. The patio is richly furnished with sofas, table and sun loungers. Long white curtains encircle the patio ensuring that during the hot siesta hours this area remains cool
