WINE & ART IN THE KITCHEN
The lessons are held in the atmospheric kitchens of a local Winery. The course opens with a detailed tour of the winery, followed by a Sardinian cuisine workshop. In this hands-on, fun encounter with the food culture of Sardinia, participants help prepare the food with the help of cooks who, while not chefs by trade, are highly skilled in preparing typical dishes.

During the steps in food preparation, the history of the various recipes and the source of ingredients are described, accompanied by folk anecdotes and tales relating to them.
Each cookery lesson lasts three hours, and includes a meal with the dishes prepared in the workshop, accompanied by four selected wines. Each participant receives a kitchen apron, the equipment and utensils needed for processing ingredients and preparing the dishes autonomously, with the assistance of the cook.
