Accomodation:
On the ground floor of the villa there is an airy living room with large French windows. The decor is elegant; large white sofas and a precious antique chestnut table sitting up to 10 people. The living room leads out onto a large patio - a lovely spot to enjoy the panorama and sea in the distance. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms: a very comfortable cool twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The master bedroom with en-suite washroom and a second twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom with shower
Garden:
A landscaped garden with lemon, orange and palm trees surrounds the villa. There is a large private pool with Roman steps which is surrounded by mature hedges and trees. A beautiful veranda with barbecue provides the perfect location for dining al fresco. The patio is richly furnished with sofas, table and sun loungers. Long white curtains encircle the patio ensuring that during the hot siesta hours this area remains cool

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer with an ice-crusher., Air conditionning, Satellite TV There is private parking. Single beds (4), Double beds (1), Cots (1), Dining seating for 10, Lounge seating for 10
Local Area:
Cagliari, the capital, is only a 40 min drive away with its museums, historical buildings, shops and markets. There are many interesting archaeological sites to visit in the area. Nora – the Sardinian Atlantis – the antic Phoenician – Punic - Roman town discovered more than ten years of excavations. Nora is thought to be the first town established in Sardinia(abandoned during the 8th Century). In the neighbourhoods of Nora, in Pula are there is the Tower of Saint Efisio (Torre di Sant'Efisio)
Pula is not only history and archaeology, but also beautiful coasts quite appreciated by the numerous tourists crowding the area's beaches and resorts, for the most part during the summer.
Pula is also important for the Italian Golf Open that takes place at the Is Molas Golf Club. Every year, this sport's most important champions and numerous VIPs meet here.
Beach:
On this stretch of coastline you are spoilt for choice and each of the local beaches has its own particular appeal. Closeby is Chia beach, with its lagoon separated from the sea by a thin strip of sand, the Island of San Pietro, with the lovely town, Carloforte, which has preserved ancient traditions and customs from Liguria, Baia Zafferanu, with its rolling sand dunes and mysterious network of caves, not to be missed; Cala Cipolla, harsh and savage; Tuaredda, where the sea really does have tinges of the tropics; Capo Spartivento, with its pillars of rock and medieval watch towers, ideal for wind surf fanatics.
