Two double bedroomed villa with a view of the sea only a few kilometers outside the city of Cagliari. The villa has a private garden with beautiful terrace and private pool . The property is modern, local stone built with excellent specification throughout. It is fully air conditioned, including both bedrooms. It is fully fitted to a high standard with all modern amenities including a washing machine.

Bedroom 1 : the master bedroom with king size bed plus cot
Bedroom 2 : with twin beds.These can be easily re-configured to create an additional double bed if required.

Living and dining room is open plan with kitchenette, feature fireplace and double sofa bed. Includes TV and DVD player, radio and CD player with good selection of CDs and DVDs. A welcome book with information about the local area and a selection of books.

There is a private garden, panoramic pool , 6.5x4.5m, outside shower and a large terrace for al fresco dining. The villa is south facing with a seaview. The outside area is fully equipped with barbeque area, dining furniture and garden furniture.
The property can sleep a further 2 people on a double sofa bed in the living room. A cot is also available. There is a selection of indoor and outdoor toys for children.

The villa is NON Smoking.
The local beach is about 10 mins walk. This is a small sandy beach with shallow waters that are suitable for young children. There's a beach bar and restaurant open during the summer months. A short drive givesaccess to some of the most beautiful beaches on the South coast

Capitana Marina 5 mins away, offers a variety of water sports including dive centre, it also has a restaurant and bar. Nearest village is Flumini 2km / 5 min drive, this has a cash point, pharmacy, butcher, bakery, pizzeria, cafe and bar. Quartu St. Elena is approx 10 mins drive, here you will find a Shopping Mall, cinema, bowling alley and an assortment of shops with produce market on Wed. Cagliari is a beautiful city approx 15km away with harbour and port, designer shops and restaurant.
