EXCURSION REGULATIONS

Renata Travel & Events Group srls and Animu srls establish the following regulations for excursions organized through this platform.

By purchasing an excursion, the User accepts the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

• Excursions must be paid for at the time of booking and in any case no later than 1:00 pm on the day before departure.
• Payment must be made in full using a single payment method between cash, credit/debit/ATM card, or bank transfer.

2. Discounts

• Discounts for infants are applicable exclusively to children up to two years of age.
• Discounts for children are applicable exclusively to children up to ten years of age.

3. Conditions for Group Excursions (Hotel Departures)

• Group excursions by bus are confirmed with a minimum number of 20 participants.
• Excursions can be conducted in two different languages.
• The itineraries of the excursions may be subject to changes without compromising the substance of the experience.

4. Departure Times and Pick-up Points

• The exact departure times from the hotels will be provided at the time of booking or will be available on the excursion information boards.
• Participants must show up at the departure point 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. In the event of a delay, the participant will lose the right to the excursion and will not be entitled to any refund.

5. Excursion to Corsica

• For the excursion to Corsica, at the time of booking, the details of a valid identity document for travel abroad must be provided.
• On the day of the excursion, it is mandatory to bring the original document provided at the time of booking.
• The organizer is not responsible in the event of forgetfulness or loss of the document by the customer, and in such circumstances no refunds of any kind will be issued.

6. Motorboat Excursions

• For motorboat excursions to La Maddalena, Golfo di Orosei and Tavolara, the embarkation ports will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Boarding ports may be subject to change based on technical and organizational needs.

7. Refund Policy

Cancellation by the Customer:

• In case of cancellation by the customer up to 48 hours before departure for just cause, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before departure, the customer will not be entitled to any refund.

Cancellation by the Platform:

• In case of cancellation by the organizer due to force majeure or for not having reached the minimum number of participants, the excursion will be postponed to another date or 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

8. Acceptance of the Terms

By purchasing the excursion, the User automatically accepts the terms and conditions set out here by Renata Travel & Events Group srls and Animu srls.

This regulation must be read and accepted in full at the time of purchasing the excursion. For any dispute, the updated version published on our official website is valid.
