EXCURSION REGULATIONS

Renata Travel & Events Group srls and Animu srl establish the following regulations for excursions organized through this platform.

By purchasing an excursion, the User accepts the terms and conditions described below.

1.  Booking and Payment

• Excursions must be paid in full at the time of booking and in any case no later than 1:00 PM on the day before departure.
• Payment must be made in full using a single payment method: cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.

2. Discounts

• Infant discounts apply only to children under the age of two.
• Child discounts apply only to children under the age of ten.

3. Group Excursion Conditions

• Group bus excursions are confirmed with a minimum of 20 participants.
• Excursions may be conducted in two different languages.
• Excursion itineraries are subject to change without altering the core experience.

4. Departure Times and Meeting Points

• Exact departure times from hotels will be provided at the time of booking or displayed on the excursion information boards.
• Participants must arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. In case of delay, the participant will forfeit the right to the excursion and will not be entitled to any refund.

5. Excursion in Corsica

• For the Corsica excursion, a valid travel document must be provided at the time of booking.
• On the day of the excursion, it is mandatory to bring the original document provided during booking.
• The organizer is not responsible in case of forgotten or lost documents, and no refunds will be issued under such circumstances.

6. Excursions in motorships

• For boat excursions to La Maddalena, the Gulf of Orosei, and Tavolara, boarding ports will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Boarding ports may be subject to change due to technical or organizational requirements.

7. Refund Policy

• Cancellation by the Customer:
  • If the customer cancels up to 48 hours before departure for valid reasons, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.
  • If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before departure, no refund will be granted.
• Cancellation by the Platform:
  • If the organizer cancels due to force majeure or failure to reach the minimum number of participants, the excursion will be rescheduled or 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.

8. Acceptance of Terms

• By purchasing the excursion, the User automatically accepts the terms and conditions set forth by Renata Travel & Events Group srls and Animu srl.

This regulation must be read and fully accepted at the time of purchase. In case of dispute, the latest version published on our official website shall prevail.
